Preschool program (3-year-old): Must be 3 years of age on or before August 31 of the school year in which they are enrolling, for the school site in their attendance area.
Pre-K program (4-year-old): Must be 4 years of age on or before August 31 of the school year in which they are enrolling, for the school site in their attendance area.
If currently enrolled in preschool (3-year-old program), you must still meet the requirements and complete the packet. Students on an IEP are an exception to the requirement but are still required to complete the packet to maintain enrollment with current school.

Proof of residence
Custodial Documents (if applicable)
